Healthy Easter eggs

Lazy Easter Sunday with my kids’ favourite ritual – our annual Easter egg hunt. I make Easter eggs out of dried fruit, nuts and cacao (raw chocolate).
This year’s recipe was:
50 g almonds
40 g macadamias
60 g walnuts
100 g dates
50 g dried figs
30 g (2 heaped tablespoons) cacao powder
Grind all ingredients together in food processor until the mixture forms a sticky wodge. Roll into egg-shaed balls (or press into a silicone Easter egg mould and chill) then wrap in foil.
Yum!
